Protect yourself from EMFs

People claim that blocking EMF radiation from the environment is good for your health. However, this has not been proven. There are no specific guidelines for EMF radiation levels, and the effects of overexposure have not been adequately studied.  However, it is a good idea to limit your exposure to EMF radiation for your safety and health. EMF radiation is generally not considered to be dangerous. This radiation is natural and has existed for billions upon billions of years. In fact, most of it is visible to us as sunlight.

EPA doesn't recommend limits on low-level ionizing radiation
An ex-health physicist, and former employee at the Sandia National Laboratories (one of three main nuclear weapons design centers), is asking for EPA limits on low-level ionizing radioactivity. He sent a copy of the SARI appeal to EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt. While he didn't like Pruitt's anti-science stance, he thought the time was right to relax radiation standards.

The EPA regulates both man-made and natural radiation.  human physiology cannot distinguish between them, but radiation energy determines the health effects.

Metal shielding
You can shield your electromagnetic devices with a wide range of materials. Metal is a popular choice due to its high conductivity and non-ferrous nature. Other common materials include carbon steel, pre-tin-plated steel, and copper. Silicone filled with metal particles is also used for some types of shielding. These materials have excellent conductivity and weather resistance, making them ideal for use in electronics.

Silver is another type of shielding metal from electromagnetic fields. This material is very conductive and can be earthed. However, it is very delicate and prone to stains during manufacturing.

Paint
EMF shielding paint can be used on walls to protect you from EMF radiation. This can block wireless signals, and it can protect against radio frequency sources like cell towers and Wi-Fi routers. You can also use EMF shielding paint on outside surfaces of your home.

EMF shielding paint is not like other paints. It does not emit harmful ions and vapors. It is non-toxic and breathable. It can be used on all painted surfaces including windows and walls. It is also non-conductive so you don't need to ground walls before applying it.

protector from emf  include metal siding and window adhesive. EMF shielding paint is made from nickel flake, which is a highly conductive material that protects only the electromagnetic component of electromagnetic waves.  These paints don't require heat cure letdown and can be applied with a brush or spray. They bond well to a variety of plastics. They can also be painted with standard architectural paints.

Clothing
Several types of clothing are available in the market that is made from materials that shield the body from harmful electromagnetic fields (EMFs). Anti-EMF clothing includes t-shirts, jackets, underwear, socks, and gloves.  Anti-EMF clothing is made with special metallic threading to block EMFs. Most manufacturers use silver or copper, nickel, or stainless steel.

Radiation shielding apparels act as barriers against harmful electromagnetic frequencies and radio frequencies, such as those emitted from cell phones, computers, Wi-Fi routers, smart meters, 5G cell towers, and other electronics.   This clothing provides comfort and protection from harmful EMFs.

Smart meters

Although the devices are supposed to be protected from EMF, there are still concerns about their health risks. These include changes in sleep patterns, hyperactivity, and endocrine system problems. They can also lead to cardiac or flu-like symptoms. Furthermore, they can cause memory loss and headaches. The good news is that there are ways to minimize their harmful effects.

First of all, Smart Meters transmit data through wireless signals. The power density of these signals is only a few microwatts, or mW, per square meter.  These signals have a duty cycle that can vary according to the utility provider. However, most don't exceed 5%. In addition, Smart Meters may also include additional optional services.
